99designs may reimburse customers for the following reasons: (i) the design sold is defective; (ii) 99designs is required by law or believes that the law requires it; (iii) 99designs provides that granting a refund to the customer avoids litigation or increased costs for 99designs; (iv) 99designs issues the refund to the customer in accordance with the refund rules established from time to time by 99designs; (v) the order (or request) placed by the customer is deemed fraudulent; (vi) the customer has mistakenly placed a double order (or request); or (vii) in 99designs` sole discretion, 99designs believes that the refund is likely necessary to avoid a credit card refund. .
